Flickr and Instagram may be alright for quick image sharing, but I'd hate for everybody to speak cryptically and in sound bites as we do on Facebook. The instant blurting out doesn't require much thinking. But then I know I'm old school. So many people have been contemplating being in or out. It will be interesting to see how 2016 plays out in this regard.Sethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05870075379758015838noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27254015.post-86962868493633032152016-01-01T10:53:30.857+13:002016-01-01T10:53:30.857+13:00Oh, Ms Thimble, I'm blushing. But I do like discourse, and I miss that. In a recent interview when the Star Wars film came out, Carrie Fisher said, (was she apologizing for unintended offence ahead of time?) she thinks with her mouth. I know I do that, too, when I see my maker friends, but since I've become even more of a hermit, I do think with my fingers so when I have a thought I think of blogging. When I weed, though, I have a lot of non-verbal thoughts, which must be what keeps me awake. Now that's a revelation! Thank you!!Meghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01350447919000146804noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27254015.post-18415287815146295402016-01-01T10:43:40.774+13:002016-01-01T10:43:40.774+13:00And I love you, too, Maureen. If I were to live in the US, I would consider Helena most definitely but then you'd have to tell me too often to get out because you're closing for the day. So much discourse is negative and strongly opinionated, it's so refreshing to read something gentle, thoughtful and introspective. msthimblehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05405404832006601261noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27254015.post-72479581182654591982016-01-01T04:24:56.440+13:002016-01-01T04:24:56.440+13:00I am here.
