Good thing: it makes me want to bake; so cakes and crumbles may not be the first thing that comes to mind when we think of healthy cooking, but I'm sure they'll follow. Can't help it; I want to be a bit more in the holiday spirit than in the last... half a dozen years. <br /><br />This year I organized everything according to function and frequency of use, rather than to make the shelves look pretty. This is a first, and I'm still having to get used to it, but I hope this is a good step forward to make our lives easier. If not, they all go back to sitting pretty in the next annual cleaning.
