Years ago I was shown pictures of such modified treadles, but how can I explain this, those treadles were lower towards the harnesses, higher under the bench, while mind are hinged at the front, higher under the harnesses. I thought Ben would have to cut delicate wedges so I can still slide my feet on the treadles, but I may look into it again. Thank you for the reminder. Alternatively I can stop dithering on the big loom and get to work. I pu...Is it possible to put blocks on the treadles? I put blocks (12" x 2" x 2") on the treadles of one of my looms.I taped them on with masking tape to try them out.
