I have been in the place you are describing.

As an outsider getting caught up on a whole season's worth of your posts, I notice that you are doing something new to look after yourself or address things like your poor arms all the time. (ugh. Know what you mean about acupuncture using up a day!), and you seem *very* proactive to me. You deserve to be as proud of your efforts paddling upstream as you would if you were paddling with the current, even if you can't seen yourself getting anywhere.Trapuntohttp://trapunto.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27254015.post-59392483426015328272011-10-27T06:07:48.253+13:002011-10-27T06:07:48.253+13:00Hey, Meg, I thought perhaps you were in Japan alre...Hey, Meg, I thought perhaps you were in Japan already! Sorry you've been under the weather. Sometimes a good long rest is the best thing, and it sounds like you've been having that.
Take care, my friend. xoCate Rosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04079028386218370915noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27254015.post-82502564780787163792011-10-26T16:59:55.486+13:002011-10-26T16:59:55.486+13:00Nice to hear from you, Laineie. Yeah, whether one is away for a week or a year, just the "being away" thing requires some work out of the ordinary, doesn't it?

I feel like after all this preparation, we should be on an around-the-world trip for six months!Meghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01350447919000146804noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27254015.post-79892839433398097082011-10-26T16:55:44.259+13:002011-10-26T16:55:44.259+13:00oh Meg, this sounds challenging. I had that same feeling when I went to Europe earlier this year -- the energy it took to prepare seemed ridiculous at times.

Hang in there! Hope the haze clears soon. xoElainehttp://lainie.typepad.comnoreply@blogger.com
