And really, our lifestyle hasn't changed THAT much so the onus is on us to keep chanting and further our progress in the good direction. Having said that, we have become much more attuned to the subtle flavors and smells of our food. I used to be very sensitive to smells, Ben to tastes, but I believe our sensed had become dulled as we got more accustomed to Ben's strong and, to me, oily cooking. I've always liked bland flavoring so I could taste the ingredients, and I can't believe how quickly I was able to return there. I think perceiving these subtleties have been the greatest pleasure so far.
